Quote requests
You can ask for an offer through the quote request form or by e-mail. A request is not an order and does not oblige either side. We reply with a written offer, normally within one working day. A contract is concluded only when an offer is confirmed in writing by both parties.
Product information
Article numbers, dimensions, bread weights, materials and photographs are given with care and reflect our current production. Because our baskets are made from natural rattan and largely by hand, minor deviations in colour, weave and dimensions are normal and are not a defect. Special sizes and custom engravings are available on request; details are agreed in the offer.
We may change or discontinue products without notice. If a product shown here is no longer available, we will say so in our reply.
