What we collect and why
1. Quote requests and enquiries
When you send us a quote request or write to us, we receive the data you provide: your name, company or bakery name, e-mail address, country and the content of your message, including the article numbers and quantities you are interested in.
We use this data only to answer your enquiry and to prepare an offer. The legal basis is the performance of steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
2. Website statistics
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used – which pages are visited, how visitors find us and which devices they use. Analytics is loaded only after you accept statistics cookies in the consent banner; if you do not consent, no data is sent. IP addresses are anonymised. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
3. Embedded map
Our contact section contains a map provided by Google Maps. It is loaded only after you give consent; until then a placeholder is shown.
4. Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested and the browser used. These logs are needed to operate the website securely and to detect abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies. Which ones, what they do and how long they last is described in our Cookie Policy. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the consent settings on the website.
Who has access to your data
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. Your data may be processed on our behalf by:
- our hosting provider, which stores the website and its e-mail,
- Google Ireland Ltd. for website statistics and the embedded map, where you have consented.
Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Correspondence relating to enquiries and offers is kept for as long as it is needed for the business relationship and for a maximum of two years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law – for example accounting records, which we keep for the statutory retention period. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

If you believe we are not handling your data correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec), Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.
Children
This website is aimed at bakeries and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
