Unibann ring proofing baskets are part of the patented Unibann modular system: one basket, many breads. Insert an interchangeable plate or a shaping insertion and the magnetic system holds it in place – switch motifs or shapes in seconds by pushing through the openings in the wooden bottom.
Available in 3 sizes for loaves from 500 g to 1 000 g. Combine with interchangeable plates, insertions and antibacterial covers from the Unibann range.
